Young Americans growing up in the poorer, inner-city communities of our nation, struggle with bad housing, poverty and crime.  They live in areas where schools are powder kegs for violence, and high school drop outs approach 50%.  Where unemployment reigns and where most families have a single parent (typically she) working multiple jobs, leaving little time for parenting.  

Since 1980 we’ve been providing these young Americans

with jobs and an opportunity to live the American dream.

No degree or even high school diploma required.  Just show up, with energy, ambition, and a willingness to learn and work hard.  Training starts by helping these young people learn how to take care of themselves and instilling in them the disciplines necessary to cope with life and its uncertainties.

We then follow-up with hard-skill training… how to sell our ADVANAGE the Wonder Cleaner door-to-door all over the USA.  Over these many decades, we’ve help thousands of young people learn professional selling skills, make money and go on to become contributing citizens.
