ADVANAGE Affiliate Program (AAP) -- Agreement

This Advanage Affiliate Program (AAP) establishes a formal relationship between Advanage Diversified Products, Inc. (ADP) and Student Athletes working with ICON Collective. Its purpose is to enable Grambling University Student athletes make money selling ADVANAGE products online.

Affiliates will advertise (via their social media sites) Advanage products to friends and family and offer them an ability to purchase ADVANAGE products from the company’s online store. The Affiliate’s Landing page provide each of these prospective customers with the Affiliates own Discount Coupon Code which they will use at the ADVANAGE online store. The code enables these customers to purchase ADVANAGE products at special terms and prices. Customer product purchases from ADP’s online store must be paid for with a credit card or via Pay Pal.

AFILLIATE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand the AAP. Understand the ADVANAGE products – their purposes, functions, customer benefits, and the terms and conditions of their customers purchases (as specified on www.advanage20x.com)
• Communicate to prospective prospects, information about the AAP, information about the Advanage products, Instruct the prospect how to make a purchase and how to get a discount by using the Advanage Affiliate’s Discount Coupon Code.
• Represent ADVANAGE products professionally, make sales, and turn new customers into perpetual customers with outstanding customer services.
• Should Affiliate earn over a to-be-determined amount in a year; e.g., $600 or more, ADP may require Affiliate to fill out a W9 Taxpayer ID form.

 

ADVANAGE DIVERSIFIED RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create, host, manage a Landing page for each Advanage Affiliate. The page provides the Affiliate with a unique Discount Coupon code which customers will use to earn a discount, and which will identify the Affiliate to be credited with the customer order.
• Provide Affiliate with a FREE start-up package consisting of:
• One quart of ADVANAGE 20X multipurpose Cleaner
• One Mixing Applicator
• Sales Brochures
• Online – Sales Guide, additional product and program support documents.
• ADVANAGE Diversified handles the entire transaction. Taking the order, handling the credit card, applying special AA discounts to the AA’s customer and paying the AA a commission on the sale. AA commissions will be paid on the first Friday of the month following the month in which the commissions were earned.
• Provides and works with an ICON Program Coordinator to oversee the execution of the program at the University, answer questions, and keep the Affiliates motivated.

RECITALS

• Separate companies. Affiliate’s relationship with ADP is as an independent contractor not as a franchisee, partner, employee, or agent of ADP. Neither Affiliate or ADP has any authority to bind or obligate the other party.
• Payment. ADP agrees to provide Affiliate’s customers with the Discount shown in Attachment A of this Agreement. ADP also agrees to pay Affiliate the commission shown in Attachment A.
• Term and Termination. This agreement is for as long as Affiliate continues to produce sales for ADP. Either party may terminate this agreement without cause with 30-days written notice.
• Expenses. Each party shall bear and pay all their costs associated with this agreement.
• No Promises. ADP makes no promises of any kind of income to Affiliate.

CUSTOMER DISCOUNTS and AFFILIATE COMMISSIONS

Affiliate’s customers are identified by the Affiliate’s Unique Discount Code

Customer Discounts

15% Discount on product purchases. Discount does not apply to shipping fees.

Affiliate Commissions (% based on net product revenues – after discounts and does not include shipping charges)

20% on net product revenues.

ADP reserves the right to change prices, terms and conditions at any time with 30 days written notice to Affiliate.
